Create an account
You can also place an order at AStepAhead without an account. Creating an account does have a number of advantages, such as:
-  Products you add to your shopping cart are saved.
-  Faster checkout when you order
-  View your purchase history
-  View the status of your orders
-  Change your address details
-  Store different shipping addresses

It is easy to create an account, just follow these steps:
1. Click Create an account at the top right of the page.
2. Fill in your general details to register and click Send.
3. You will receive a confirmation email from your new account.
4. Finally, the data can be supplemented or modified from My account.

If you have already created an account, you can enter your email address and password at the top right of the page.

Forgot your password or e-mail address?
If you have forgotten your password, you can click on Forgot password? Enter your email address here. You will then receive an email in which you can set a 
new password. If you forget your e-mail address, you can contact customer service.

Safe ordering at AStepAhead
You can place your order quickly and easily on AStepAhead.nl. The checkout process is very clear and you can easily adjust your order at any time, if necessary.

To order an item, follow these simple steps:
1. Select the desired item
Go to the product you want to order and click on Add to cart.
Have you finished shopping and want to complete your order? Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right for an overview or directly choose Checkout.

2. No account yet? Then fill in your details
To be able to process your order, we ask you to simply create an account. To ensure that your order is sent to the correct address, please enter your details here.

Already have an account? Then simply log in with your e-mail address and password and you do not have to enter the data again.

3. Choose a payment method
Now choose your preferred payment method. You can pay in various ways. This can be done directly with iDEAL, PayPal, Credit card or Bancontact.

4. Check your details and confirm the order
If all information is correct, you can complete your order by clicking Checkout. Do you still want to change something? Then you can go back to one of the 
previous steps. For questions or assistance you can always contact our customer service.

The status of your order
After your order has been placed you will be informed about the status by e-mail.

Order Received
After the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This contains the information about your order. This contains the order number, the product, 
the order totals and the payment method used for payment. If you have not received an e-mail, please contact our customer service

Order sent
You will receive an email once the order has been shipped to the carrier. Here you will again find all the details of your order. You can check the order status on your 
account page.

Change or cancel the order
Have you placed an order, but do you want to change or cancel it? Please contact customer service. AStepAhead is available on weekdays from 09:00-17:00.
Has your order already been shipped? Then you can refuse the order upon delivery. Indicate to the supplier that you do not want the package and that it must be 
returned to the sender.

Cancelling or refusing an order is free of charge.
